The Building

MaggieMae is a brand-new two-story building located on the magnificent Magnolia Avenue, one block east of 8th Avenue. Our workspace takes up the second floor of the building, with the award-winning Salsa Limón occupying the street-level space. We have free tenant parking, and the building is accessible to tenants 24-hours a day.

Our Location

We are located on Magnolia Avenue within walking distance to over 20 restaurants. With access to 8th Avenue and Interstate 30 mere blocks away, a three-minute drive to downtown Fort Worth, and incredibly easy access from Southside and the Medical District, the building's location is truly unbeatable.

Workspace Amenities

Inside, we have an open-air vibe with cubes and private offices available. Tenants have access to our wired meeting room, highspeed WiFi, high-end scanner/copier, kitchen, restrooms, and a large balcony overlooking Magnolia Avenue.
